I think this picture is really interesting because it makes you question how it was made. It's also a really simple background so that main object (him) in the photo really stands out.
The way that this photo has captured the letter falling around him makes it seem as though he has stopped time and that they were just placed like that, it's really interesting.
This photo caught my eye because of the barbed wire and the fire burning behind him, giving a hell-ish feel to the photo.
This photo particularly interested me because everybody has seen a slowly exposed photo using light as it became popular a couple of years ago, but i like this one because his face is directly in the middle of the lights.
As his work progressed his work became more dark and adventurous, to me this shows the transition in which happened over the course of a year, for eample this photo and some others on his flickr.
He shoots his photos with A Canon 60D with a 50mm f/1.4 and a tripod, he also sometimes uses a reflector. This year Brendon plans to go to University of Oregon in the autumn, i find it amazing that he has not had much professional teaching and he acheieves these pictures.
